  • The Masters

    • Pick-up of Placenta
    • Preparation of Placenta
    • Encapsulation of Placenta (75-150 pills depending on size)
    • Instructions for dosage and storage
    • Delivery of Encapsulated Placenta Pills
    • 1 Follow-up Call to assess & suggests adjustments as needed.

  • The Doctorate

    2,300$
    Includes everything from the Masters and items below.
    Valid for 2 months
    • 1 50-minute Reiki Session supports postpartum healing
    • OR...
    • 1 50-minute Breastfeeding Support Session (Virtual/Live)

  • Fit Pregnancy

    Stay active to promote a healthy pregnancy & birth
    Valid for 3 weeks
    • Customized workout plan for your 3rd trimester.
    • Nutrition suggestions optimize healthy pregnancy & training
    • 2x's/wk, one-on-one, 50 minute Personal Training (3 weeks)

  • Encapsulation

    450$
    You grew it. It's yours. Placenta Encapsulation with ease.
    Valid for 2 weeks
    • On-call at 37 weeks EDD until 42 weeks of EDD
    • Pick-up of Placenta
    • Preparation of Placenta: 75-100 pills (depending on size)
    • Delivery of Encapsulated Pills w. Instructions
    • 1 Follow-up call for assessment and adjustment as needed.

  • Reiki Sessions

    575$
    Energetic Healing as part of a holistic approach.
    Valid for one month
    • 4-50 minute Reiki Healing Sessions

  • 4th Trimester Bundle

    Postpartum Support Bi-weekly for 2 Weeks (4 Sessions total)
    Valid for one month
    • Initial Consultation & Planning (Prenatally)
    • Light Plant-based Meal Preparation Assistance
    • Support with Breast/Chestfeeding
    • Aromatherapy and Meditation Guidance
    • Support in Transition & Adjusting to Caring for Newborn

    Fertility Doula Services
    Valid for 4 weeks
    • 90 minutes initial consult
    • 45 minutes weekly virtual session
    • Evidence-based information on tracking & charting fertility
    • Holistic resources (mindfulness, reiki, acupressure, etc.)
    • Education on fertility options
    • Planning and support of lifestyle changes/modifications
    • Option to add-on in-person support during insemination
    • Option to extended to early pregnancy support
