Service Description

The PhDoula is excited to be offering Reiki sessions to clients, pre- during and post-pregnancy. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that focuses on drawing on source energy to allow the body to achieve balance and optimal health. I employ essential oils, aroma therapy, tuning fork, sound therapy, acupressure and crystals as well as guided meditations throughout the session as needed.
