Service Description

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. I offer an initial consultation for you to get to know me and for me to learn more about you and your vision for your pregnancy and birth. From there we make plans for a follow-up conversation and visits where we discuss and create a plan for your weeks leading up to the birth and the actual birth itself. We practice various positions, affirmations, envisioning to ensure you are preparing both mind and body for the birth. We create or modify your birth and postpartum plan together and I attend the birth and support you when it is time. There is 1-2 follow-up visit(s) that can be a combination of virtual and in-person to debrief the birth, address any issues or questions you may have and support you in transitioning into parenting & caring for your new baby.
